More specifically, job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with program partners, residents, Section 8 staff, and others associated with Family Self Sufficiency
- Coordinates the FSS caseload to include re-certifications, interim changes, unit transfers, inspections, and rent reasonableness preparation
- Manages the FSS process including planning, tracking, scheduling, and reporting
- Conducts meetings with residents and others to share information, provide training, & resolve issues
- Creates, maintains, and updates FSS client files in a timely and proper manner
- Maintains records of assistance, programs, and activities offered and utilized
- Ensures FSS escrow accounts are maintained to HUD regulations
- Ensures that data in the PIC system is accurate to ensure SEMAP scoring goals are met
- Participates in grant writing
- Other Duties as assigned
