The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland acting for its affiliate, West Lake Management, LLC--the management agent for the owners--will accept proposals from qualified firms with, at least, five years’ experience in providing Tax Credit/Partnership Financial Services for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2015 and December 31, 2016. These services will be applied to: Bonnet Shores, LLLP; Colton Meadow, LLLP; Dakota Park Limited Partnership, LLLP; Renaissance at Washington Ridge, LTD., LLLP; and West Bartow Partnership, LTD., LLLP. More specifically, West Lake Management, LLC is seeking a variety of financial services for these five entities which include: 10% Carryover Certification, Cost Certification, Annual Audit, and Tax Returns. The submitted response must also include hourly rates for financial and tax consulting services. The award will be for a base period of two years with an option to extend the services for three additional one-year periods.
