Request for Proposals for Integrated Accounting and Property Management Software
The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland (also known as the Lakeland Housing Authority or LHA) acting for itself and for its various instrumentalities and for its affiliate, the Lakeland-Polk Housing Corporation (LPHC), is requesting proposals from vendors to provide software to assist LHA/LPHC in the management of its finances and its operations both currently and in the future. Software services will address:
- Complete General Ledger Package
- Budget Management
- Purchase Orders
- Payroll
- Capital Funds and Contract Management
- Executive Reporting
- SEMAP/PHAS
- Materials Inventory, Fixed Assets
- Waiting List
- Section 8
- Public Housing
- Maintenance Work Order
- Bank Reconciliation
- Rent Reasonableness
- Personalized on-site training
- Reports with letter assistant and mail merge
- Resident Services tracking
- Website access (portals) for Landlords, Applicants and Participants
- Family Self-Sufficiency
- HQS and UPCS Inspections
- UPCS Handheld/Tablet Access
- Mixed Finance properties
- HAP, UAP, VMS, portability, tracking, checks, and direct deposits
- Chronological tracking of computer and user defined notes
