Invitation for Bid for Asphalt Repair Sealing and Striping for the Villas at Lake Bonnet Community

The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland (also known as the Lakeland Housing Authority or LHA) acting for its instrumentality, Bonnet Shores, LLLP, will accept sealed bids from professional contractors for Asphalt Repair, Sealing, and Striping for The Villas at Lake Bonnet Community located at 303 North Brunnell Parkway, Lakeland, Florida.  The bidding contractor must have, at least, five (5) years’ experience repairing, sealing, and striping asphalt streets and parking areas to be considered for this bid.  The complete Bid Package may be obtained by emailing a request to [email protected].

All bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on June 22, 2015 at which time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Any bid received after the closing time will not be considered.

Minority and Woman Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE) and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to respond to this and all LHA and Bonnet Shores, LLLP projects, programs, and services.
