Request for Proposals to Provide Fee Accounting Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland (also known as the “Lakeland Housing Authority” or “LHA”) acting for itself, its instrumentalities, and for its affiliate, the Lakeland-Polk Housing Corporation (“LPHC”), is requesting proposals from qualified applicants to provide computerized fee accounting services. Programs include the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) sponsored 318 units of public housing contained within 4 AMPS and 1,200 Section 8 vouchers; the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) sponsored YouthBuild program; the Florida Department of Education (FDOE) sponsored 21st Century Community Learning Center program; five partnerships with mixed income units including 353 tax credit rental housing units as well as for the real estate development and the administrative support functions based in the LHA’s Administration Building. The successful proposer will enter into a one (1) year contract with an option for up to two (2) one-year renewals with the LHA. The successful proposer will also provide the services listed in item 2. Scope of Services of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to the LHA in accordance with the monthly and annual accounting cycles.
