ADDENDUM #1 - Issued August 19, 2022 Extending Bid Submittals and Bid-Opening.

After reviewing the submission questions LHA is extending the Bid submission date to have an Architect evaluate and provide specifications necessary to clarify the Scope of Work for the reroofing and repainting IFB2022-RWR-01. This will assure that all bidders will have a clear understanding as to what LHA is requesting and evaluating in the bid submissions. The revised Scope of Work and specifications will be sent via email and posted on the LHA website Monday, September 19, 2022, by 5:00 PM, Eastern Time.

The Agency will be please to respond to written requests for information received (we do not respond to verbal requests). Please ensure that you only ask questions that are not already addressed in the revised Scope of Work and Specification issued September 19, 2022. The current published deadline to submit such written questions
is 5:00 PM, Eastern Time, Monday, September 26, 2022. Prior to 5:00 PM, Eastern Time Wednesday, September 28, 2022, the responses to the submitted questions will be sent by email to all potential respondents who received this Addendum #1 directly from LHA. It is the respondent’s responsibility to monitor his/her email for any additional information related to this procurement. The Addendum #1 will also be posted on the LHA Website
