Letter to our Residents

West Lake Management measures to fight the spread of coronavirus

Dear Residents:
West Lake Management is committed to doing everything we can to ensure the health and well-being of our residents. We want to keep you informed about the coronavirus known as COVID-19. We are taking extra measures, including frequent sanitation of common areas within the building (s).

The following actions are designed to help keep our tenants, staff, partners and community safe.


Staying home if ill

  • West Lake Management Recommends that if you are ill or have any symptoms to Please stay home and call your doctor.
Social distancing
  • West Lake Management is asking to reduce the person-to-person contact.

Sanitation
  • West Lake Management has instructed staff on additional personal sanitation practices to ensure they are not transferring viruses to themselves or others.
  • West Lake Management is now cleaning common areas of buildings daily, sanitizing door handles, railings, bathrooms, elevator buttons and other frequently touched surfaces.
West Lake Management is currently operating on normal hours and has not closed its office or services. We will notify you if this changes.

The spread of COVID-19 is a public health issue. To stay informed or ask questions, you should contact:

We know the COVID-19 virus is causing great concern and want you to know that we share that concern. Our Management Company is taking the situation very seriously and is closely monitoring developments. We will adjust our operations further as needed and will keep you informed of any additional changes; we may make to protect our residents.

West Lake Management se compromete a hacer todo lo posible para garantizar la salud y el bienestar de nuestros residentes. Queremos mantenerlo informado sobre el coronavirus conocido como COVID-19.
Estamos tomando medidas adicionales, incluido el saneamiento frecuente de áreas comunes en el edificio.
