- Assist in creating marketing plan
- Assist in implementing marketing plan to increase resident retention& achieve occupancy goals
- Counsels with customers and others as necessary to ensure problems & complaints are resolved
- Conduct move-in inspections
- Maintains applicant waiting lists and fills openings in a timely manner
- Assist the Community Manager in achieving the community’s income and occupancy goals
- Enforces the lease, occupancy policy, administrative agreements, and other regulations or rules, including counseling, documentation of applicant/resident actions
- Creates, maintains, and updates customer files in a timely and proper manner
- Interviews customers on a regular basis to determine eligibility, including rent calculations, verifications of information, and prepares appropriate follow-up paperwork in an efficient, timely manner
- Coordinates and communicates on a regular basis with other staff, customers, and outside agencies in a professional manner
- Uses and learns computer and other technological applications effectively
- Ensures policy, procedure, rules, regulations and laws are followed
- Perform other duties as assigned
